HUNTING
TRIP INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in Wyoming Outfitters.
We feel that you have selected the best Trophy
Hunting Area and the best Big Game Outfitter and
hunting guides in the state of Wyoming. We are
now booking for our hunting season. We will be
happy to assist you with your Wyoming hunting
license applications and schedules for your Wyoming
Trophy Hunt with us. Here is a little information
about our operation and hunting area are hunting
guides cover.

Our
hutning camp is located on the Bridger-Teton National
Forest in Western Wyoming. We have an exclusive
commercial area, centered in a very productive
trophy area with 6 point Bull Elk scoring well
over 300 points B&C, and trophy Mule Deer
measuring up to 35 inches wide and scoring around
200 points B&C.
Our
Trophy Moose hunting area has been rated as one
of the top two areas in the state of Wyoming.
It produces a good number of B&C class bulls
with many of them measuring over 40 inches wide.
The Trophy Antelope hunting areas that we are
authorized to hunt are among the top producing
areas in the entire state of Wyoming. It is not
uncommon to bag an antelope that scores in the
high 70-inch to the mid 80 inch B&C range.

| Our
hunting camp is always maintained in a neat and
orderly fashion. The tents are wall tents, they
set on wood floors, they are heated by a wood
burning stove, they are lighted by a 2500 watt
Honda Generator. The sleeping accommodations are
just as elaborate; we have outfitter cots, topped
with a 4-inch foam mattress. There is a shower
available for you to use at your discretion.
There will always be a full time cook in camp
to prepare first class meals for the clients and
the crew. The hunting guides and crew of Wyoming
hunting Outfitters are very experienced, professional
and very courteous. Everyone on the crew has been
doing this for years, and to tell you the truth,
our hunting guides and crew just plain love what
we do for a living. It is my personal guarantee
that everyone on the crew will give a 100% effort
to make your trip a safe, successful and enjoyable
one. The horses you will be riding are sure-footed,
gentle, strong and well taken care of. All of
the tack and equipment, that it takes to operate
our Wyoming trophy hunting outfitters camp, is
in the best of condition.

A
typical hunting day begins about 4:00 a.m. with
a delicious hot breakfast while your guides get
the horses saddled and ready for the long day
ahead. After breakfast, you will pack a lunch
of your choice (if the cook has not already prepared
one for you) and coordinate with your guide on
a departure time. When the time arrives, you will
mount your horses and head toward the area of
the guide’s choice. You will be in the saddle
long before daylight, starting your trek into
the rugged mountains, this putting you in prime
Wyoming hunting country at the crack of dawn.
We will glass the ridges and canyons for trophies
feeding or traveling to their day beds. Most of
the time we will spot and stock but in the heat
of the day we sometimes set up drives or foot
hunt. When Evening arrives we go back to spotting
and stalking. When you arrive at camp there will
be a delicious hot meal, hot shower, exciting
hunting stories, and a warm comfortable tent and
bed. |

It is suggested that you be in the best physical
shape possible, for this is a very rugged and
strenuous Wyoming country with the elevation ranging
from 8500 feet to 11,000 feet. Horse experience
is a plus but not required. Practice shooting
your rifle off hand. A fast, flat trajectory caliber
with 140-grain bullets or more and sighted in
at 3” height at 100 yards is recommended.
An average shot is 250-300 yards.
